How I use your details
Data controller
Nikolaos Apostolidis, Herbalife Independent Distributor. For privacy questions or rights requests: napostol@icloud.com, +30 697 743 6264.
Why I ask for your details
To respond to your specific interest and arrange the contact you request, based on your consent. Requesting the one email with links does not subscribe you to future updates. Future updates and offers by email require your separate, optional consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
What is recorded
First name, last name, email, optional phone number, interests, optional product selections, language, general visit source, consent choices and request date. If you request a particular contact method, your proposed day, time window and any alternative availability are recorded. A phone number is required only for a call or WhatsApp. I may add notes relevant to handling the request. Do not enter health information or body-composition results; this form does not request them.
Retention and access
Inactive records are reviewed and deleted no later than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an active relationship or legal obligation requires retention. Nikolaos Apostolidis and the necessary technical providers have access for hosting, storage and email services. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. When enabled, email sending uses Gmail through Composio. Successful submission for sending does not guarantee delivery to your inbox.
Language and usage measurements
A cookie named site_language remembers only your manually selected language for up to one year. You can remove it in your browser. Technical events such as visits, topic selections, guide openings, link use and saved requests are recorded with a date, language and general source. The admin dashboard shows aggregate counts. We do not add names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents or visitor identifiers to these events. No advertising pixels are used. Infrastructure providers may process technical connection information to operate and secure the service.
External services
Official links open other providers’ websites. Selecting WhatsApp opens its app or service with a draft message; you decide whether to send it. For Zoom, the email you entered is used after contact has been agreed. Those services’ terms and privacy policies also apply.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your details and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Contact napostol@icloud.com for a request or to stop future updates.
